Our homes are the perfect booby trap for germs and bacteria that causes sickness and aggravates others. Germs are tiny microscopic living organisms that thrive fine in a filthy and moist setting like unclean surfaces in the kitchen, bathroom tiles, dirt from the kids’ shoes after playing outside, and other little activity we do every day. If we consistently wipe or have a cleaning routine, we will not only reduce the germs population but over time eliminates their potency in our lives.
Creates a better ambiance: how many times have you walked into a home and is stunned by the beauty of the house. Ah don’t you worry is not a special effect but the effect of a clean and well-organized home.
Improve moods and relieves stress: a clean home is a natural stress killer; it just calms you and resets your focus.
Improve the ventilation and air circulation: a clean home the fresher and cleaner the air is. You just feel healthy with every inhalation that makes your lungs come alive.
Save you time: because everything is in its place, you spend less time looking for stuff unlike in a cluttered home
Calmness and peace of mind: nothing feels better than coming into a clean home after a long day at work. The peace and tranquility that it provides are exceptional.
It reduces allergies: dampness and dry environment breed spores that circulate the air we inhale which cause flu or trigger an asthma attack or difficulty breathing but a clean home prevents all that
Stops the reproduction of bugs and pests: pest breed faster in dirty environments, home with pets are at a higher risk of pest invasion but a clean home tackle pests and bugs which improves the safety and health of your household.
Freedom: a clean home invokes a feeling of freedom and happiness. In fact, you sleep and rest better in a clean house.
Increases brain focus and alertness: clutter clouds the brain and disrupts our focus but a clean home heightens our sense of thought allowing you to focus and to work better and faster.
These same reasons apply to the workplace and have an even higher effect on the workers and their productivity levels.

Business are getting prepared for a Re-Open and we are available to sanitize your property.
If you’re an essential business still operating at this time, keeping your workplace safe and free from infection is likely a primary concern. This is true both to prevent illness in the facility and to preserve peace of mind for all occupants, so they know all steps are being taken to keep them safe.
The CDC’s guidelines call for every essential business to “clean and disinfect all areas…routinely.” Additionally, at this point it is clear that individuals can be asymptomatic and still transmit COVID-19 resulting in necessary actions being taken across every organization that has its doors open.
As a result, many organizations are taking steps to keep their facilities sanitized, such as wiping down areas with disinfecting wipes and cleaning more regularly than normal. We believe that these steps are important but not sufficient to maintain a safe work environment in the midst of an epidemic.
We strongly recommend professionally disinfecting your facility as a way to keep your employees and occupants safe and to keep essential personnel working in this time of crisis. Here are three of the reasons why:
Professional sanitizing can reach all corners of the facility.By applying disinfectant using a combination of techniques—including fogging, surface wiping, and spraying—areas of the building are addressed that would otherwise be missed by ordinary cleaning.
Fogging—Technique that uses a fine spray to deliver disinfectant so that it reaches all interior spaces.
Surface wiping—Wiping down all surfaces with industrial-grade disinfectant. The solution is applied wet, allowed to dwell, then wiped for maximum effectiveness.
Spraying—Applying a “wet” spray to completely coat a surface in sanitizing solution. After the solution is applied, it is allowed to dry to ensure effectiveness. You’ve probably seen footage of this on the news, as cities have been wet-spraying public spaces.
The EPA maintains a list of products for use against COVID-19—found here—that includes both professional-strength and off-the-shelf products. We are using only the products found on this list and would recommend all others do the same.
You hear products being promoted as “hospital grade” or “industrial grade.” These are purely marketing terms and don’t represent anything about the quality of the product. That said, there is a distinction between professional-strength cleaning products such as the ones that Arias Cleaning Services uses and off-the-shelf products you would buy at the store.
By using a company like Arias Cleaning Services that employs professional-strength cleaning products included on the EPA list to fight Corona Virus, you are receiving the highest-quality sanitation and maximizing your likelihood of eliminating any virus.
By not using your employees or staff to clean and disinfect the premises, you are keeping them safe and out of harm’s way. Professional crews such as ours are trained to wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and clean in such a way as to minimize risk to themselves. If you are using your own staff to wipe down and clean areas, they may not know how to properly protect themselves.
In addition, companies such as Arias Cleaning Services can schedule after-hours work to avoid contact with your occupants and eliminate any person-to-person interaction. This is much safer than having staff clean during regular business hours. (If it is not possible to schedule after-hours work—as in the case of facilities that are open 24 hours a day—companies like ours can work with you to identify a solution.)
For each of the reasons above, we believe that every essential business should be regularly conducting professional cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting. When the time comes to have sanitizing work done, we have several recommendations, found here.
And of course, whenever you decide to clean, sanitize, and disinfect, Arias Cleaning Services is here for you and happy to help.

Mix the rubbing alcohol and aloe vera gel together until well combined.
Add in just a few drops of essential oil of your choice, or you can leave out if prefered.
Notes
Note, it is very important to use a rubbing alcohol that is 99% alcohol. To be effective, hand sanitizers must be at least 60% alcohol. When you dilute with aloe Vera, you cut the alcohol content by 33%. This recipe creates a hand sanitizer that is approximately 65% alcohol.
Store your homemade hand sanitizer in a sealed tight jar.

It seems that there’s no real end to the problem of clutter. Every day, we accumulate more and more things that need to be cleared, cleaned, and eventually removed. At a certain point, it can feel like clutter has taken over your living space – and when that happens, it can be difficult to enjoy being present in your own home.
To fast-track your decluttering process, we recommend taking a sturdy box around your house and performing “clutter runs” in each room. When you see anything out of place – be it a coat, a piece of mail, or a leftover wine glass – carefully place it into your box until it’s full. Then pass through the other rooms, re-distributing the items that you’ve found (or putting them into the recycling bin.) By completing this process at least two times in every room, you’ll soon have a clean slate.
Step 2: Keep that Clutter Out for Good!
Next, you’ll need to plan some strategies for organizing your house. Having designated spots to put spare items like mail, keys, and other knick-knacks can make it easier to perform Step 1 again in the future. You’ll also be more likely to observe a daily decluttering routine when you know where everything goes!
Here are some of the best places to set up permanent organizers:
· By the entrances. To combat clutter, set up entrance stations by every door in your house, from front to back. Carefully assess what would be the most helpful for your family, whether that means adding shoe and coat racks, personal cubby holes, key rings, or umbrella stands (or all of the above!)
· On the kitchen counter. Consider keeping a small file organizer and a “mail plate” on the nearest kitchen counter. That way, when you arrive with important forms and receipts, they won’t end up getting discarded or lost on accident.
· In bathroom drawers. Make use of your bathroom drawer space by setting down a few simple drawer organizers. From band-aids to cosmetics to toilet paper, give everything a designated spot in your bathroom.
· Under your spices. Sick of rifling through your spices every time you need some extra flavor? Buying a spice rack or cabinet organizer will keep your countertops free from debris and clutter – as long as you regularly put away those errant jars of herbs.
· In your closet. We all outgrow or get sick of our clothing eventually, but instead of throwing it all out, create a donation box in one of your closets. Once the donation box is full of old clothes, schedule pickup service with a local charity, or visit a nearby thrift shop to get some extra cash!
Step 3: Develop a Decluttering Routine.
Now that your home is clean and organized, it’s time to commit to a 10 minute clutter-busting routine each day. This will look different for everyone, but it’s important to pick a set time that you’ll remember, ideally towards the end of the day. You don’t have to do it alone, either: Enlisting your family members to help will reduce the work significantly!
Some ideas for how to structure your cleaning ritual:
· Alternate which rooms to de-clutter each day.
· Switch off the decluttering ritual with family members or roommates.
· Turn on some music and host a solo dance party while you put away clutter!
· Give yourself a specific number of items to put away each time.
· Start with a designated “clutter-free zone” and expand out from there.
